Mr. Gosch maintains a general civil litigation practice representing both individuals and businesses in state and federal court. Mr. Gosch has experience handling a broad range of disputes, including breach of contract, construction defect, business divorce, breach of fiduciary duty, DTPA, insurance, premises liability, and defamation actions. Mr. Gosch also represents clients in criminal and family law cases.

Mr. Gosch earned his bachelor’s degree from Sam Houston State University in Business Administration and graduated summa cum laude from South Texas College of Law in 2017. While in law school, he served as Managing Editor of the South Texas Law Review and taught Federal Income Taxation as a Langdell Scholar. Mr. Gosch was also admitted to the Order of Lytae and received C.A.L.I. Highest Grade Awards in Contracts II, Legal Research & Writing II, and Federal Income Taxation.

After graduating law school, Mr. Gosch worked for a large law firm in Houston, Texas, where gained extensive experience representing business clients in a variety of complex commercial litigation disputes. Mr. Gosch went on to work for a boutique commercial litigation firm, where he rapidly gained experience handling all stages of civil litigation, from filing suit, conducting discovery, taking depositions, working with experts, pre-trial motions, summary judgments, all the way to trial.

Mr. Gosch is an zealous advocate for his clients both in and out of the courtroom and works tirelessly to achieve results for his clients. Mr. Gosch understands the importance of strategy when it comes to litigation, and he gives every case the careful, thoughtful analysis it deserves.

For attorneys or courts in need of a mediator with a law license, Mr. Gosch is certified as a mediator in accordance with Section 154.052 of the Texas Civil Practice and Remedies Code.
